Unstable

Some time ago I wrote a one star review hoping the MTA would take note and address the issues.

Nope.

The ap is frequently down, three times in the last week. The promised ease of finding your next train is a lie.

Its painfully slow and god forbid there is an issue like winter storm Jonas it does not update for current conditions but only shows scheduled service.

My advice is to use the website.

If you ever wonder why MN is so expensive this is part of your answer.
